Meet Deanna Willis of GLAM X D

With deep Texas roots, Deanna Willis holds her all American western girl pride close to her heart. As an equine enthusiast, Willis has been shooting for the stars with a mindset that not a one is out of reach from a young age. As a multiple World and Congress Champion in the Quarter Horse industry, Willis, formerly known as Deanna Green, has been soaring as a top level amateur status rider for years. Carrying on the Green family legacy, her love for riding has been most influenced by her late Grandmother, Mary Rodgers Green “Grandmary”. You might be surprised to learn this western girl also holds ties to Hawaii from her mother's side and lives a life embracing all of her family's culture.

Willis is known as a mover and shaker within the equine industry, receiving a full-ride scholarship to Auburn University. As an elite member of the highly esteemed Auburn Equestrian Team, together they won two national championships and four SEC championships in her time at college. With many notable accolades under her belt, Willis completed her college career as the NCEA Horsemanship Rider of the Year.

In 2022, Willis said “I do” to the cowboy of her dreams. She and her husband, Casey Willis, share a passion for the equine world. A professional athlete in his own right, Casey is also a world champion in the industry. Together, they’ve built a beautiful life residing in the “Horse Capital of the World”, Ocala, FL, with their three dogs, Pepper, Dottie and Ruby.

Willis has gone on to achieve her esthetician license and works as a skilled professional make-up artist owning GLAM X D. From the barn to beauty, you can bet she is always up to something! For Deanna Willis, it all started on a horse's back. Now she's sharing the ride with the world as an Equine & Beauty Lifestyle Influencer while her journey continues to unfold.
